Camp logistics

• New Year Camp: Jan 2 - 5 @ Northwood Club House, Wesley Chapel

• Time: 9 AM - 3 PM

• ​1/2 day & full day camp options available

• Aftercare available until 4 PM for an additional charge

Fees

•  Fee for 1/2 day: $200

• Fee for Full day: $350​​

• Drop-in: Full day:$100

• Sibling Discount:  $25

• Referral Discount: $25

• Aftercare (3 - 4pm): $20

  • A late fee of $20 will be charged for late pick-ups until 1 HR after dismissal. Additional $20 will be charged thereafter for every 30 minutes. 

Refund Policy

• Fee is refundable as a credit towards STEMSmarts class fee

• Fee is not refundable if the child misses the classes 

• Emergency situations will be assessed case by case and refund will be given as credit for attending class​
